We provide marketing, content, strategy, and related digital services, which may include Reddit marketing, Answer Engine Optimization (“AEO”), community engagement, content creation, and other services described on our Website, proposal, invoice, or statement of work. We may update, replace, expand, reduce, or discontinue any service offering at our discretion to reflect market conditions, platform changes, performance considerations, or business strategy.
We do not guarantee any specific ranking, traffic, visibility, engagement, conversion, revenue, or business outcome.
All fees must be paid in full and in advance unless otherwise agreed in writing. We do not begin work, initiate campaigns, create deliverables, reserve resources, or execute any service until the applicable payment has been received and cleared in our account.
If payment has not been received, we have no obligation to start or continue any work, and any estimated timeline will be paused until payment is confirmed.
The scope of work is defined by the service package, proposal, invoice, or written agreement in effect at the time of purchase. However, we reserve the right to modify the strategy, method, channels, or deliverables during the engagement if we believe such changes are necessary or beneficial due to market conditions, platform changes, performance data, availability, compliance, or internal strategy.
For example, if a client purchases a Reddit commenting package, we may instead fulfill the engagement through a broader AEO or cross-community visibility package that includes Reddit and other relevant communities, with a flexible and non-fixed number of placements, comments, mentions, or posts, as determined by our team based on current strategy and market conditions.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all accounts, profiles, communities, logins, campaign structures, posting frameworks, prompts, systems, workflows, templates, research, and content created, used, or managed by us in connection with the services remain our property or under our control.
We reserve the right to retain, manage, access, use, and control any accounts or assets used to deliver the services, including Reddit accounts, content accounts, and related campaign assets. Client access, transfer, or ownership rights are only granted if expressly stated in a separate written agreement.
All drafts, strategies, comments, posts, copy, structures, and other materials created by us remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, and may remain our property thereafter unless a written transfer of rights is expressly provided. We may reuse, adapt, repurpose, or modify our internal methods, frameworks, and non-client-specific materials for future work.
Clients are granted only the limited right to use deliverables for their intended business purpose, subject to full payment and any applicable written terms.
We reserve the right to determine the most effective service delivery method, including the right to shift between Reddit marketing, AEO, SEO, community engagement, content publishing, or other related tactics. We may change the frequency, format, channel mix, or scope of delivery at any time if we believe it is necessary to improve performance, respond to market changes, or adapt to platform rules.
Any package, subscription, or campaign should be understood as a service outcome goal, not a guaranteed fixed action count unless explicitly stated in writing and confirmed by us.
Clients must provide accurate information, timely feedback, access credentials if required, and any approvals needed to perform the services. Delays caused by missing information, late responses, payment delays, or client-side issues may extend timelines without liability on our part.
Clients are responsible for ensuring that any materials, claims, or instructions they provide are lawful, accurate, and non-infringing.
All payments are non-refundable unless we explicitly agree otherwise in writing. Because we allocate time, strategy, and resources in advance, refunds are not provided for completed, partially completed, paused, modified, or redirected work.
If a client cancels or stops a project, we are under no obligation to refund any fees already paid.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, revenue, data, reputation, or opportunities. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amount actually paid to us for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate services immediately if a client fails to pay, breaches these Terms, provides false information, requests unlawful activity, or behaves in a way that disrupts our operations or violates platform rules. Upon termination, we may stop all work without refund.
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time by posting a revised version on the Website. Continued use of the Website or services after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.
